Satellite Removal in Bartlett, TN

So, I received a call from a client wanting their satellite removed from their house. Client stated that they weren't using it anymore and that it was an eyesore but most importantly that it was causing a leak above their kitchen. After discussing with the client the experience we have with removing satellite dishes, they booked us to come remove the satellite dish that same day once they got off work which was close to our closing hours. Once we arrived at client address we began to set up our equipment that would allow us to perform the job safely without any issues. Once we setup our ladder equipped with a stabilizer that protects us and the ladder from moving once placed on the roof of house. We spoke with client as we were working and explained to them that we don't normally take off the footplate of the satellite dish but they insisted on us removing them. As we removed them we let the client know what type of product that we had to fill in the holes that were left by the satellite dish causing the leakage. It was discovered that who ever installed the satellite dish, did not do it correctly causing the leak. We explained the the client that we are not roofers but we have the knowledge and product to cause the leak to stop by using high quality products that would seal the leak and not cause any more damage. Once job was complete, client received photos of everything that was removed from roof and client was EXTREMELY HAPPY that the satellite dish was removed and no longer an eyesore.
