Receiving a message from Google My Business, a lady wanted her driveway and sidewalks pressure washed because it has never been pressure washed since she's lived there. She said it looked very dirty and grimy that she wanted to have some curb appeal for springtime to show the neighborhood that she can take care of her property and make it look good again.
When arriving a the house, the customer stated that she would not be there but would be at work until later that afternoon. Knowing I had the driveway free of cars made our job so much easier to make sure the entire driveway was power washed properly. Starting by spraying some chemical know as " Sodium Hypochlorite" down to help remove the organic growth and mildew that was built up over time made it easy for my surface cleaner to clean the entire driveway in no time removing all mildew and organic growth! Using certain high pressures around 2900-3200 psi cleaned every bit of algae, mold, and mildew without an issue. Cleaning the sidewalk was a breeze as well because the pressure washer is commercial grade and can handle any type of job that's placed in front of it. 8 gallons per minute is the type of flow (water) you need to clean these residential homes with or you'll be stuck calling someone out again to complete the work that needs to be pressure washed.
