Apartment Complex Pressure Washing in Memphis, TN
We got a call from a property manager locally here in Memphis Tn and they wanted their entire apartment complex cleaned. Now this would be the very first Apartment Complex that Moore Pressure have been asked to cleaned but we did not shy away from this HUGE project that needed to be completed by a certain date. After we received all the details from the property manager, we came out to the Apartment Complex and surveyed everything that the property manager wanted pressure washed. Knowing we had several buildings to power wash, we made sure each one contained a water source that would provide plenty of water to get the job completed in the time frame they requested.
Starting this job out was simple because all the tenants agreed accordingly not to have anything out in the way that would get damaged by water or the chemical that we use known as "Sodium Hypochlorite" which helps remove organic growth, mildew and other debris that might be on the ground or buildings. We were able to pressure wash this entire apartment complex within 3 days completing the task that was given to Moore Pressure Power Washing Services LLC. Those 3 days were 8 hour days of consistently holding a pressure washing gun spraying water at full blast causing our technician to fatigue but he hung in there like a TRUE pressure washing champ and completed the job by removing all organic growth and algae that was on all of the buildings in the complex.
After the job was completed the community manager walked the property with us praising the work that was completed because they had residents complaining about certain dirty areas of the complex and wanted everything to look cosmetically great because of how much they pay every month. When the property manager ended the walk around, they shook hands with us and said we'll have you back again next year doing the same thing and may even increase the pay because of an exceptional job that Moore Pressure Power Washing Services Llc completed.
